I am an experienced counsellor and therapist and have worked for the past 13 years in the fields of mental health, with further specialisations in substance abuse, adolescence, family dynamics, relationship breakdown and trauma. I have a unique set of skills that can be used to provide support and guidance to individuals and couples seeking help with a variety of challenges.
I have undertaken extensive training in working with couples through the world-renowned Gottman Couple Therapy Method and have completed level 3 Gottman training.
I believe in providing a safe and confidential space for those that I work with to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and to help develop coping strategies to deal with difficult situations.
