What to expect at the Barangaroo Run Club
Each session is led by an experienced running coach who brings fresh energy and workouts every week. The group starts with a relaxed warm-up jog through Barangaroo before heading to a different training spot each session to keep things interesting.
From there, you’ll work through technique drills and short, faster runs ranging from 200–600 metres, designed to build speed, endurance and confidence — all at your own pace. You’ll be encouraged to challenge yourself, but never pushed beyond your comfort zone.
