Oxford Street is set to sparkle this spring with the launch of two new community markets  bringing fresh life, food, and flair to one of Sydney’s most iconic streets — the Oxford Street Farmers Market and the Oxford Street Night Market

From Saturday 8 November, Oxford Street Farmers Market will run every Saturday from 8am to  2pm, transforming Taylor Square North into a bustling farmers and artisan market. Visitors  can expect a fresh produce, honey, gourmet goods, handmade crafts, fashion, flowers, and  more

On Friday nights, as the sun goes down, Oxford Street Night Market will light up with street  food, live music, vintage clothes and local makers, creating a festive, welcoming atmosphere  that celebrates Oxford Street’s creative and cultural heart. The night market will  showcase Sydney’s diverse food scene, from international bites to locally crafted drinks,  alongside retail and entertainment that keeps the street buzzing.

Launching on Halloween 31 October, Oxford Street Night Market will also play host to a  licenced area, courtesy of the Oxford Hotel. Both markets are pet-friendly and open rain or  shine.

Together, the markets aim to help revitalise Oxford Street as a vibrant day-and-night  destination, supporting local businesses and offering new opportunities for stallholders,  makers, and producers.

“Oxford Street is synonymous with creativity, diversity, and celebration,” said Amanda  Choularton, Director of Organic Food Markets, the operator behind both events. “These  markets are about reconnecting the community with that spirit and each other — whether  you’re picking up your weekly produce, enjoying live music, or discovering your new favourite  local maker.”
