About the Role
Location: Work from Home (or from our Sydney office)
Hours: Minimum 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday; hours are flexible (& we can work around school hours)
Duration: Seasonal support from September through February/March, with potential for ongoing work
What You’ll Do
- Handle pre-sale enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with warmth and professionalism.
- Provide product advice to help people choose the best outdoor solutions - whether thats outdoor play equipment or outdoor living products
- Process orders
- Manage post-sale support and returns.
- Serve as a dependable point of contact for customer service queries, contributing to an outstanding customer experience
About You
- Prior experience in customer-facing, retail, or sales support roles is preferred.
- Comfortable communicating across phone, email, and live chat, with tech-savvy use of software tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and an enthusiastic attitude.
- Passionate about outdoor living and creating enjoyable experiences for families.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential
