Instead, kids (and grown-ups too) dive headfirst into the wonderfully unpredictable world of fluid art. Think spinning canvases on lazy Susans, creating magical cells with blowing, bamboo skewers, chains and even chef torches! Yes, it sounds wild, and it is in the best possible way.
Whether you have a mini talented artist at home or a child who “hates art” (spoiler: they won’t after this), PLAYCARNIVAL is all about discovery through play. There are no rules (maybe just a few), no pressure, and absolutely no skills required. Kids are encouraged to experiment, make a (controlled) mess, and create something unique and beautiful.

What’s on offer?
Fluid Art Workshops
This is PLAYCARNIVAL’s signature experience. It’s messy, satisfying, and full of surprises. Participants pour, tilt, spin and torch their way to one-of-a-kind paintings. No two artworks are the same, and that’s the point! It’s less about perfection and more about enjoying the process and the giggles that come with it.
Glow-in-the-Dark Painting
Perfect for school holidays or an unforgettable birthday party. The lights go off, the UV lights go on, and suddenly your child is painting with a palette of glowing magic. It’s exciting, high-energy, and very Insta-worthy.
Beading & Jewellery-Making Classes
Not into messy paints? These workshops are just as creative, but with more sparkle and less clean-up. Kids learn how to design and create their beaded jewellery, keyrings, and accessories, all while developing fine motor skills and creative confidence.
The PLAYCARNIVAL Vibe
Workshops are run by artist and mum, Lucia Lukas, who brings a warm, playful energy and deep creative knowledge to every session. Classes are designed to be as inclusive and entertaining as they are artistic, so whether your child is a free spirit, a shy soul, or somewhere in between, they’ll feel safe, seen and celebrated.
Our art party sessions are stress-free and fantastic for any celebration or occasion – birthday parties, fun with friends or family gatherings. We’ll start by tickling your noses (a little smell test),
followed by a delightful little surprise (a handmade uplifting message)… and then the magic begins. It’s a thrilling NEW technique developed by PLAYCARNIVAL that will blow your minds! This session is about fun, education and entertainment.
