Gardeners Road Public School

Gardeners Road Public School, located in Rosebery, Sydney is celebrating 140 years of Public Primary Education as well celebrating 25 Years as an Inclusive Primary School with over 640 students. The school has a rich history and their festivities are scheduled for Friday, November 17th with a Formal Assembly & Art Show and Saturday, November 18th with the School Fair.  Everyone is invited to join in this remarkable celebration. This week we are interviewing local mum Adelie Hanly from Rosebery. Where and how long have you lived in Sydney’s east? I live in Rosebery, and I’ve lived in the east since 2010. In the past I;ve lived in Chippindale, and The Sutherland Shire. Three words that describe what it’s like to live in the eastern suburbs? Diverse, fast paced and charming. How many children? 1 daughter, 8 years. Favourite Park:  Sir Joseph Banks Park in Botany. Favourite Beach:  Was Coogee but now prefer Clovelly. The fresh start comes as Cambridge Markets takes over management of the monthly event, which is held inside The Cannery building on Mentmore Avenue, Rosebery.
