Using a strengths-based and evidence-informed approach, we support areas such as emotional regulation, sensory processing, motor skills, social participation, and daily living skills. Our goal is to empower each individual to reach their potential through meaningful and engaging therapy.
Little Octopus Therapy is a mobile occupational therapy service supporting children, adolescents, and families across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and surrounding areas.
Founded by Occupational Therapist Cassidy Wolff, Little Octopus Therapy provides individualised, evidence-based support tailored to each child's unique strengths, challenges, and goals. Services are delivered in the environments that matter most to children and families, including the home, school, preschool, daycare, and community settings.
We support a wide range of developmental needs, including sensory processing, emotional regulation, fine and gross motor skills, social skills, school readiness, executive functioning, self-care and independence, autism, ADHD, developmental delay, and disability support.
At Little Octopus Therapy, we believe therapy should be meaningful, engaging, and family-centred. We work collaboratively with parents, educators, and other professionals to create practical strategies to build confidence
