Flying long-haul with little ones on your own? Juurnee was started in Sydney by mum-of-three Rachel Crampton after she paid a stranger to help her fly with her three children — and realised how many families need the same support.
How it works: you post your trip for free with your route, dates and what you'd like to offer. Companions who are already booked on that flight apply, and you choose who you'd like to travel with — no algorithm picks for you. Every companion is vetted and reviewed, and your payment is held securely until the trip is complete.
Juurnee helps parents flying solo with babies, toddlers and kids, grandparents and elderly relatives, travellers with an injury or disability, and nervous or first-time flyers. Popular routes include Sydney to London, Dubai, Los Angeles and Paris.
