Looking for a creative evening out in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs? Waverley Library is inviting locals to roll up their sleeves, explore their creative side and discover the art of handmade soap making at its upcoming Artisan’s Table workshop.
Whether you love DIY projects, enjoy making thoughtful handmade gifts or simply want to try something different, this hands-on workshop offers a lovely opportunity to learn a new skill while enjoying a relaxing evening away from the usual routine.
Discover the Art of Soap Making
On Thursday 12 November, Waverley Library will host Artisan’s Table: Soap Making, an interactive workshop where participants can create their own beautifully scented soaps.
During the 90-minute session, you’ll explore the creative process of making handmade soap and discover how everyday self-care products can become something a little more personal.
It’s also a wonderful opportunity to get inspired ahead of Christmas. Handmade soaps can make thoughtful gifts for friends, family, teachers or someone who deserves a little pampering.
Best of all, all equipment is provided, so there’s no need to purchase supplies or bring anything along.
A Little Creative Time Just for You
Between work, family commitments and the everyday rush, finding time to do something creative can be a welcome change.
Designed specifically for adults, the Artisan’s Table workshop offers a chance to switch off, meet other locals and enjoy learning something new in a friendly, interactive setting.
Waverley Library’s Artisan’s Table sessions celebrate handmade products, creativity and DIY beauty and self-care essentials, encouraging participants to discover the satisfaction of making something themselves.
