Yoga Walks

Proudly supported by Woollahra Council. Yoga Walks bring together the multi-dimensional benefits of being in nature, walking, gentle movement, breathwork and mindfulness. This is a chance to connect with nature and to yourself, in a small group of up to 10, led by experienced yoga teachers. Enjoy a guided walk integrated with standing and seated yoga poses and incorporating breath and mindfulness practices. Invite silent contemplation and reflection. Learn more about First Nations’ connection to Country and “junga- ngarraanga miinggi” (hearing, listening, learning, feeling, thinking, understanding).
