Pioneering Social Prescribing in Australia, at PCCS we’re helping GPs address the social impacts on their client’s mental health and wellbeing. By linking clients with non-medical supports in the community in addition to their care needs, our program aims to fill the social and health gaps those with mental ill health may experience.
