Mums Fitness Co. specialises in safe and effective training throughout pregnancy, after birth and any stage of motherhood. However, you don’t have to be a Mum to train with us – everyone is welcome!
Pregnancy and postnatal wellness is something I am incredibly passionate about, helping women enjoy safe and appropriate exercise so they can feel their physical and emotional best during and after pregnancy. I have helped hundreds of women transform through fitness and healthy lifestyle changes.
Mobile personal training
I work with you to determine your goals and write a program specific to your needs and capabilities.
Having a trainer there by your side is not only motivating, but makes sure that you maintain the correct form and technique to safely perform eachexercise.
No more worrying about finding a babysitter or waking your baby to feed, I can work around your schedule and train at the hour that works best for your routine! I am there to motivate and safely guide you along the way.
Each session will have you feeling stronger, invigorated and more confident.
Group Training with nannies at Centennial Park
Surround yourself with like minded mums while getting fitter and healthier! Mums Fitness Co. Group Training sessions are suitable from 12 weeks postpartum and include a mixture of HIIT, Boxing, strength and cardio.
